Introducing the interventionists dedicated to helping caregivers experience the joy of early childhood

Jana Hoover

Family Coaching Director

Hi, my name is Jana. I lead our Early Intervention Family Coaching Program. I am an Early Childhood Special Educator with two Masters in Education and Early Childhood Special Education. I have a Colorado Early Childhood Special Education teaching license. I have been working in early education for over 25 years. Before I was a Developmental Interventionist working with families at home, I was a classroom teacher in Colorado, Texas, and Maryland. I have also directed various school and center based early childhood centers, managing teams of over 25 teachers and 300 children. I am now a mother myself with two young girls and know first hand how difficult it can be meeting your child’s developmental needs. I am passionate about helping families create small changes that have a big impact on the daily functioning of the whole family. I am also a Family and Infant Mental Health Specialist endorsed through the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health. My passion is working with children who are struggling with big emotions like frustration and anger and helping them find ways to express themselves with confidence.

Michelle Farrell

School Based Coaching Director

Hi, my name is Michelle. I lead our School Based Coaching Program. I am a credentialed coach and trainer and am also certified as a Pyramid Model facilitator. I have a Masters in Early Childhood Education and an Early Childhood Special Education teaching license. I have been in the early education field for 20 years as a teacher, interventionist, coach, program director and training facilitator. Recently, I have had the amazing opportunity to present at local and national conferences about evidence-based practices that support the inclusion of all children. I am passionate about behavior intervention, trauma informed practices, and supporting the implementation of Pyramid Model practices. In my most recent work as a developmental interventionist, I have loved being able to return to working directly with children and their families to identify strategies that will promote the success of their family across all contexts. I am also the mother to a strong-willed, persistent, loving little girl. I appreciate the opportunities parenting her provides me each day to value the important things and strive to be the best version of myself!
